Dharamshala: The Women’s Empowerment Desk organised a two-day “Women Leadership Development Training ” for the Barefoot Counsellors (BC) of TDL Bylakuppe Settlement from 5-6 September 2023 at the Organisation for the Development of People (ODP), Mysore.
This workshop aims to capacitate and strengthen the role of BCs in the community and encourage and cultivate more leadership skills and qualities in their work. Their work involves working closely with the survivors of Gender Based Violence (GBV) and towards the prevention of SGBV in the community.
