Tenzin Palden, from Miao Choephelling Tibetan settlement, holds a Master’s in International Relations from JNU. Transitioning to a civil servant in CTA after the USAID-funded ISDP project, she’s been with the Department of Home since January 2019. Presently, as SARD’s Finance Department Project Manager, she supervises the USAID-funded CBSI and FNF-backed programs since February 2022.
