Thupten Rinzin, a resident of Ravangla Kunphenling Tibetan Settlement in Sikkim, holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas, USA, and an M.Com in Banking and Insurance from M.S. University, Vadodara. Joining the CTA’s Department of Home in January 2014, he began as Program Head for the Youth Empowerment Support (YES) section. After a brief stint leading the India Tibet Coordination Office (ITCO), he transitioned to Program Manager within the Social and Resource Development (SARD) department in November 2023.
