The TPiE (Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile) Workshop is designed to strengthen grassroots democratic leadership by equipping Local Tibetan Assembly (LTA) members and youth leaders with critical governance skills. The training focuses on parliamentary procedures, CTA budgeting processes, drafting of resolutions, and understanding budget policy—all essential for effective community representation and leadership.

Mock debates and role-play exercises to simulate parliamentary functions and improve public speaking and critical thinking.
Workshops on drafting resolutions and reviewing settlement reports, aimed at enhancing policy literacy.
