This project delivers leadership development workshops for grassroots Tibetan women leaders, empowering them to play an active role in decision-making within their families and communities. Participants include women from local Tibetan Assembly (LTA), camp leaders, and NGO staff.

The workshops focus on personal empowerment, collective agency, and fostering a supportive peer learning environment that strengthens women’s leadership potential across Tibetan settlements.
