Seminar with Chinese Scholars and Human Rights Defenders (HRDs)

The seminar titled “China and the Changing Global Order: Prospects and  Challenges” brought together 68 participants (27 females and 41 males) from 12 different countries, including Chinese scholars, human rights defenders, and international experts.

The event created a vital platform for shared dialogue on pressing geopolitical shifts and the common challenges posed by the policies of the PRC. It emphasized cross-border solidarity and collaborative strategies for advocacy and research. The conference garnered substantial media attention with 54 news articles published across various platforms, reflecting its wide-reaching impact. As a lasting outcome, a compilation book featuring the panelists’ articles was published, further contributing to academic and policy-oriented discourse.
