This project was implemented to strengthen the CTA’s capacity in managing high-level diplomatic engagements and official visits. Tailored for senior officers, the training focused on international protocol standards, VVIP visit management, diplomatic conduct, and strategic  stakeholder engagement. This initiative is a step toward establishing a unified and professional protocol framework that enhances CTA’s credibility and international stature.

In 2023 and 2024, a total of 18 and 21 leadership personnel, relevant staff, and protocol officers were trained under this program respectively. These targeted trainings aimed to enhance leadership capabilities, improve coordination, and strengthen institutional efficiency across departments.
