After studies at CST Shimla, Dolma Lhadon earned an English Literature Bachelor’s with honors from Madras University in 2012, receiving a gold medal, followed by a Master’s from Punjab University in 2014. Transitioning from Amazon seller support to education at Tibet World, she joined the central Tibetan Administration in 2017. As a Program Officer at SARD, she oversees PRM and DRL funded initiatives.
