Dickyi, born in 1994 in Ravangla, Sikkim, completed education at CST Mussoorie in 2012 and obtained a Bachelor’s in Commerce honors from St. Joseph’s College, Darjeeling. After a brief stint at Men-Tse-Khang, she joined CTA in 2019 as an accountant at Tenzingang Settlement Office. Recently transferred to the Dept. of Finance in December 2022, she now serves as an accountant at SARD.
