Tenzin Nyingpo, from Kamrao in Himachal Pradesh, attended Tibetan Homes School, Mussoorie. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Banaras Hindu University (2016) and a master’s degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Vadodara. Joining the Central Tibetan Administration in 2022, he serves at SARD as a program manager for a USAID-funded project.
