Induction Training for CTA New Recruits

This induction training program is designed to equip newly appointed Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) staff with the foundational skills and knowledge required for effective public service. It aims to build administrative competence, foster leadership and ensure familiarity with CTA’s institutional frameworks, including its rules, regulations, and project implementation practices.
