The In-Service Leadership Training aims to strengthen the leadership capacity of senior personnel within the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA). The program emphasizes values-based leadership, ethical governance, and strategic decision-making. By fostering self-awareness, innovation, and collaborative skills, it empowers officials to lead with integrity and effectiveness in service of the Tibetan community.
In 2024, a total of 16 staff members successfully completed the In-Service Leadership Training program held in Panchghani (Pune). The training focused on enhancing leadership competencies and professional development. Among the participants, 9 were men and 7 were women, reflecting a commitment to gender-inclusive capacity building within the organization.
