This project aims to modernize the Central Tibetan Administration’s budgetary process by developing a centralized digital system for annual budget preparation, verification, consolidation, and daily financial tracking. The initiative will simplify budgeting tasks across departments, improve interdepartmental coordination, and ensure more efficient and transparent financial management.

Historical budget data spanning five years will be digitized and used for testing and calibration of the new application. Department accountants will receive hands-on training following thorough system testing and auditing by the budget section.
