I felt the content were covered quickly so didn't get time to practice in group. If Norsang la can send us the ppt of the sessions on the day, or a printed copy or something, it will stay in our mind better. Otherwise i cant even remember the pyramid structure properly. Also the teaching method of comparison was insensitive as we all tried hard for the public speaking and spent days practicing and developing the content. So when being told that you have chosen the best ones, it made it sound like rest of them were bad. Some of the best one you said, we couldn't even hear the voice. It might have dishearten many as i heard from group discussion. Instead each member should have been called first. Tibetans are usually shy and being made fun of in group is the worst way to make Tibetans open up or participate. In past same thing happened with women empowerment workshops, after a while the guys felt attacked and in the next workshops, none of the guys showed up. It should be a non competitive learning experience where there are activities related to the content after each topic. But you guys were perseverant and attentive till the end.
